I was able to get the driver loaded and able to get it to recognize the REX in the PCMCIA slot. However when I finish sync set-up and try to synch, it looks like it will be successful, but then half way through the process it says that an error occurred in "truesync.exe" and it doesn't give me any details on the error. The program then shuts down automatically. I've tried uninstalling & re-installing truesync desktop & truesync pro several times and have spent many hours on this and may be ready (reluctantly) to give up.
I only need something basic to use for addresses/ph #s & memos. Do you know of any other device that I should try and that is easy to sync with a desktop? I only need to be able to input data into my desktop and want the device to be very very very small.
