Woe is me. I "upgraded" my TrueSync Plus and Lotus Notes accessor a few weeks ago, and it totally destroyed my ability to sync with Notes!!!

I used to be able to sync with up to three Address books, plus my appointments, to-do items, Journal notes, etc. Life was pretty good! But there were little glitches here and there, so when I saw the "update" waiting for me, I downloaded it eagerly. What a mistake.

They totally changed the Notes accessor -- for the worse. It can only sync to ONE Address book now! What a rip! Plus, it now uses "categories" where it never did before, which means that the information doesn't get sync'ed to the Rex (which only permits ONE category in some places).

Xircom is totally unable to help. They're clueless about the nits of the TrueSync software. Starfish is totally unwilling to help. I bullied my way into their phone support once, and was told, "gee, no one has EVER complained about that. I don't think there's ANYTHING we can do. Bye."

So my little Rex 5000, once the apple of my eye, is now a totally useless hunk of plastic. Don't let this happen to YOU. DO NOT UPDATE YOUR TRUESYNC SOFTWARE!!! EVER!!! If it even works HALFWAY for you, LEAVE IT ALONE. You have been warned.
