Message:Yes it does. I have a Rex 3, and a new IBM Thinkpad X23 that came with Windows XP. I also use Truesync Desktop. There's a trick to installing TS Desktop on XP--you have to find the file named wininit.ini in the WinNT or Windows folder, and rename it Wininit.old, otherwise every time you try to install you get an error message suggesting that because of a previous installation you must reboot before proceeding. Once you get it installed it works fine...actually, it works better than in Win 2000, where it there's a problem with ToDo list items not rolling over to the next day. For the Rex itself, you have to get the Win 2000 driver, which works fine on XP, so that you can sync in your PMCIA slot. You just install that separately. You can download that file from a number of places including the Rex 6000 site (where it is clearly identified as the the 5000 driver). The file is named 5000-rexw2k.exe. The site is http://www.rex6000.org--go to their download section. Good luck.Ira
