Message:

I recently got the Franklin REX-3 with a desktop workstation, but every time i try to synchronise it i get a message telling me that either the card isn't in the station or the station isn't connected to the pc, the card is in and the station is connected, but it keeps telling me that same message.
I use Windows 98SE and MS Office 2000, could that be a problem?
