Try reviewing the Sync Options page on my site. Might get some ideas there.

You could use Outlook as an intemediary - you'd never have to actually open Outlook, just sync from Palm desktop to Outlook, and Outlook to REX via Intellisyc, and vice-versa.

Depends on how badly you want the convenience of the REX small size if it's worth futzing with...
