I wish I had done a little research before I purchased - I've had the thing for three days;
1. How atrocious a sync process
2. Crap cradle with no eject mechanism
3. How slllloooowwww?!?!
4. Tap/Button/Tap/Tap/Button/Button - sort it out!
5. Sync with Outlook a bit of a farce; catagories?
6. Looks like metal but isn't - Cheap.
7. Web Content? Don't make me laugh. Better alternatives around
8. Crap plastic carry case - the old one was far better
9. Crap stylus
10. Memory management a shoddy workaround for a poorly executed product.
11. It has to be a 'modem' for direct sync?!?! Bollocks.
12. Why on earth would they abandon Starfish?!?!

I think I'll just go back to the 5001. The touch screen is not enough of a bonus to forgoe the shortcomings I'm afraid. My advice - WAIT FOR A YEAR and see what they bring out.
