Message:I recently reinstalled my laptop software, and in the process, upgraded to Act 2000. I've been unable to get the true sync software to recognize Act as an application available to set up synchronization with the Rex. I've scoured the manuals, the web sites for Act, Rex and true sync and can't find either acknowledgement that Act 2000 can sync with rex or instructions on how to do it. It was SO easy the first time I set this up, with Act 4, so I'm really baffled. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
