Message:Help please, I just recently purchased a Rex-3 (and registered) and installed the supplied TrueSync Information Manager v1.0. I am generally happy with the whole setup, I just have one problem with the Information Manager software. Periodically it freezes giving me a warning dialogue box that states: A required resource was unavailable... this box keeps coming up overlapping each other until I then have to use CNTRL+ALT+DEL to bring up the task manager to exit the program. When I restart the program, I get a message asking me if I want to re-build the files - after the re-build there is usually a few random mistakes in the last things I added. I cannot seem to pinpoint when this occurrs - usually 5-6mins into running the program but not always. I suspect that the TimeSync portion of the program might be interfering with something. I tried disabling it by setting the time to zero, but from the icons on the taskbar, it seems to still be active? I tried totally reinstalling it twice and I also have it on my home desktop computer - but the same problem occurrs in both Laptop and desktop. This is very annoying since I am trying to add all my contacts now. What is the latest version of this PIM program and how do I get an upgrade/update to it? Thanks, William Cheng (pls reply to e-mail: wm_cheng@terraport.net)
