Message:I just installed a new Rex6000 with a serial cradle on a Toshiba protege portable (w/docking station). I'm running NT and tried following the suggestions regarding forbidOS in the Rex6000 Help site , installing re-installing, etc. and seems I fail to recognize the com port. I took the whole setup home and installed on my home system (WIn ME) and it worked like a champ, even synced some contacts with Outlook. Anybody have any suggestions on what I might try to get my NT system to recongize the cradle? Many thanks.
