Message:I just got a new RexPro. I'm having problems synching it in the docking station. When I try to synch it, the error message comes up in effect saying that I have to check to make sure there is a proper connection to the device and that the Rex is properly plugged in. I checked for COM port problems and everything should be working. Nothing I do helps. Does anybody know how I can solve this problem?-Thanks.
