I just got the Touchpoint 5200 and there is something wrong with this phone's speaker. Setting the volume to anything over "Medium Low" causes vibration and sounds almost like the person is talking to you from inside a tunnel. This was the case on 2 phones I tried, the store display model, and the phone of one of the Sprint Store employees. That's 5 phones total. Looks to me like this is a manufacturer defect.What to do? Contact Sprint PCS (888)211-4727 and complain, I guess. Or contact LG Electronics, the makers of the phone at (800)793-8896
