LG Electronics (the maker of the TP5200) now claims no responsibility for their defective speaker. What do they care, their phones have already been sold to Sprint. We're going to have to contact SprintPCS about this.Call them (888)211-4727 or email them ecare@cc.sprintpcs.com
Let them know there's a problem with the phone. The more times they're contacted, the faster this issue will be known and fixed. LG Electronics will be more responsive to Sprint, as Sprint means more $$ than an individual consumer does.
