I went to the Sprint Store yesterday and tried another TP5200, of course the speaker is messed up. *Clearly* this is a manufacturer defect. So I just activated the Touchpoint 1100, which is the 5200's single-band little brother. The speaker is excellent on the 1100.

Once Sprint figures that LG's 5200 is a piece of junk, they'll force LG to produce a better phone. Then I'll step up to that phone, as all the other features are great.
