Message:

I also am having problems with my new 5200. I just upgraded from the 1100, thinking it would fix my caller id problems we have in my area. (5200 being dual mode) The speaker is terrible. It echos in your ear, high is so high you can't even listen and med. high is to low. I can not find a good leather case. The Jenson is ok that they have at Best Buy. But if you thought the speaker was bad then wait till you put the case on. EVEN WORSE! Half the time you can't even hear it ring. On all my other phones the ringer quality was much better.

I also notice the difference in signal strength from my 1100. But I will say calls do go out and stay connected. But what does Sprint expect us to think or say. They're the ones always blaming problems with their network with signal strength. You lost your call, ...must have been no signal. I hope these problems can be resolved the phone is very compact and well made. If any one knows were I can get and nice holster or leather case please email me. I would like a non-swivel if possible. Thanks
