Message: in order to change your ringer for each individual number that calls in you'll go into your phone book and find the name click on edit entry then ringer type scroll through the ringer tones that are there and select the one that you want. It's in the owners manual.. as for the speaker being loud... It's one of the best speakers on the market.. sure it's loud but the quality of the sound when I recieve a call makes for the best full bodied sound on any phone I've heard ever. as for the ear bud issue... dont order them off the intenet.. dont order them at a truck stop... buy them at a sprint retailer... that actually supports the phone... most of the problems are with earbuds that came from an independant company other than sprint.
