Message:Gee, those posts on this very old thread almost seem like we are being deluged by Sprint employees. The speaker is a joke and has rightfully been trashed by owners of the phone on several boards. "Full-bodied?" You must be kidding. Anything over half volume and it vibrates, just as it does when the line is ringing in the first place. As many of us have said, it's the same with in-store phones, and Sprint says it is withing spec's. As for customer service, well, give it a try.... if you can get my $35 credit for the screw-up on my bill of two months ago I'd really appreciate it. Maybe I'll just send my sixth email....
