Message:As a Sprint PCS employee, I want you all to know that the link to this message board has been forward to the top of the company. In the future, if you beleive that there is a problem with either a phone or our network, the best thing to do is contact customer service in whatever way you feel (ie Phone, email, etc) and file a "trouble ticket." You should get a ticket number, and when enough tickets have been filed, Sprint will move on it. What you may or may not realize is that we get numerous calls a day from some person who just wants to get ahead, and thats why several complaints get disregarded, and in order to free up our lines, we have started charging for the calls that can be handled in other ways. When we get enough tickets filed, we will realize that there is actual concern, and contact LG about the problem. In the meantime, we do appreciate your business, and do our best to meet the needs of todays consumers, by expanding our network, and staying ahead of technology.
