I am a former Circuit City Employee (we won't go into why I am not a current employee...) but I also have an 5200 and I have had good service with it good sound and everything on it has worked fine for me. I have to agree with jefro in the Generic brand ear buds sound like crap but the one from sprint sounds good (one of the few things about Sprint PCS that is good) as a Phone the 5200 has been good to me its just Sprint PCS that sucks
