Michael,Not sure which Touchpoint you have but the code you are refering to is called a MSL code (Master Sub Lock) This code is phone specific what I do to get mine is call sprint pcs and tell them my phone is not working and a guy from the local store told me it needed reprogrammed and the computers were down at the store so he said call they may 1st give you a code and it may or may not work but write it down. If it doesnt let you in tell them and they will thry the second one. Make sure not to call it a MSL because they don't want you to have this because you can do all kind of things once in this section. and the MSL is always good after you get it. In another words it never changes it will always work on that phone unless you change it whyle in that secret screen.
