Hello there TogaShark,

I am assuming that you have installed the software and just to make sure we are on the same page, my r380 came with Lotus Organizer 5.0, not Lotus Notes.

First you will need to make sure that you phone is connected which would be apparent by a little r380 icon appearing in your system tray by your clock. If it is connected, then you can open the R380 Synchronization Settings through the start menu or the desktop icon and configure which items you want synchronized and to what Organizer file you want them synced.

I think that when I first set it up, I just used the Wizard.

You may need to create your Organizer file prior to setting up any synchronization by opening Lotus Organizer, selecting File-New and creating a new file. It would then be a good idea to set this file as the default file when opening Organizer.

If you are having problems, post more specific questions.

Good luck,

Mark Kenepp
