from the main menu screen, key 111111, you will notice that "save new" turns into "options." select the options menu, select programming, and key 835143. your phone will read "entering service programming." from there, you can mess with whatever settings you want to. the option at the very bottom, "service sec. code" allows you to change the programming code to whatever you want.sprint touchpoint--
this code is pretty generalized, and will work on most touchpoint phones. to get to the field debug screen, from the standby screen, key ##33284. for programming, key in ##871689. the same goes for the touchpoint, once you are in the programming area, you can change the code if you want to.
