Message:I am using a new phone (they swapped it). The software in the phone is a later release, one that supposedly fixes all sync issues. Well, mine does not sync. It says it has a connection error. Mobiel Internet suggests installing a patch that is part of Windows 2000 SP3 - I installed that. But the 2nd part of the fix is editing the registry - and thats were I am lost. Ericsson support is looking to find the information, but I thought I post this question here.Does anyone have advice on sync problems, when the phone is detected (icon in taskbar comes up) but sync fails with a connection error? Thanks.
