I recently purchased the Ericsson R380 and I am having a problem with the syncing software: It will not recognize that I have installed Lotus Organizer 5.0 on my pc. As a result, I am unable to use sync. the phone with my desktop. I was wondering if anyone has run into this problem and/or knows of a solution.
