I need to get a PDA + cellular phone.
I live in LA and only AT$T works well here.

My ideal phone would be a Palm vx + cell phone.

Price is not an issue. The issues are the features of
sync, good cell useage, PDA , and I dont want the
"Brick" that Qualcom is currently selling.

Any advice on what to buy.
