Message:

Have a Kyocera smartphone. Tried to install MAPQUEST. Succesfully downloaded .PQA file to my laptop. Double clicking on it results in the "what application do you want to use" message. Do I need something else to have NT recognize .PQA files and launch the appropriate application? Thanks.
