Message:It must be Friday, but I think this has been bothering me for a long time now...I remember a time that most palm software was freeware, now I see everyone charging a fee (even if small) for every little thing they put on the internet now. What's the deal? I mean, 5$ for some magic tricks? 10$ for a pong game not even worth downloading? You take two similar programs and you compare the hits/sales ratio, what do you get? Enough hits to jumpstart your company, or enough money to jumpstart your movie evening on Friday night...What happened to freeware? It went out the door around the same time as customer service!
