I had a C120 too and i'm sending the software to you via e-mail.
The files are:
Setupex.exe: expand the use of bateries to 20h
Exupdusa.exe: Extend for Windows 95 (not required)
Hpcexpl.exe: Do the syncronism and file transfer with your PC
Schedul7.exe: Lets you see the Windows CE appointments in the PC
