Hey Tim, I hate to tell you but, most ISPs require PAP/CHAP/Agressive PPP protocols, and version 1.2 doesn't support them. You have to upgrade to version 2.01. That means contacting the guys at www.mobile-mania.com (make sure and tell them you have version 1.2 already so you can get the upgrade price).
