Sorry, but you're out of luck. The SDK has never been released. Many others have looked into it, but Rupp (www.rupp.com or www.mobile-mania.com) is the only company that got their hands on it, under strict NDA agreements. I'd recommend you check out PILI (free), but the 3500x doesn't have enough RAM to work with it.
