I have one. I'm not sure what you're interested in knowing about. I'm still exploring it. One note of caution: I had the thing passcode protected, and one day it wouldn't take any digits in the passcode. The only fix was a hard reset. Luckily, it was new and there wasn't anything irreplaceable on it at the time.
It works well out of the box but lets you tinker quite a bit. I'm having great fun.
One thing I'm trying to do is set up a Palm emulator to run from a CF/SD card so it won't take up so much space when I don't need it. I need/want the Palm emulator for BART schedules -- a killer app for me.
Anything in particular you want to know about the 5500?
