I'm with you. I've e-mailed hotline@royal.com so many times but so far nothing special came out of it.

What is the REASON Royal is NOT helping us??? PLEASE TELL US!!!
There is an interesting site of someone who programmed a whole os for a SM6010 driven PDA/Toy. It will be sold through OEM'ers and is originaly from www.kessel.com.
The guy who programmed the OS can be reached at:

I've already send him one e-mail and perhaps he can help us out.
This new OS must be written for this device. One way or another. Only then we are not bound with our arms and legs to Royal.
