You will have to disable one of any installed Serials, "COM1 to COM4" (serial 1 to serial 4) and configure your PCI COMport to use any of the available com port. I dont' have a lot of ideas about PCI Comport but try my advice if it work.
...OR if you cannot configure your PCI COMport, try to see what will happen if you boot your OS? (Maybe it will automatically move the Com Port no. 5 to available disabled motherboard COMport to usable PCI Comport 4.

sorry about my terrible horrible hideous english, I 'am an Asian, I live in the Philippines, We still prefer to use Tagalog, native Philippine Language, or Tag-Lish, native Philippine Language plus Western English Language Combined. My English was not explicitly promoted than what have you expected to hear, so It will be great if you'll just try to understand (or decypher, crack, convert to hierghlipic, use hex editor, use mayan calendar, have somebody that is more intelligent/dumber/younger/older/same sex/opposite sex/tranplanted sex/fetish feet addict/macho and handsome good looking gay/national hero/pirate/philosoper/priest person to read this message to you) my message.
