Message:

I re-installed the DV Link and DV Sync software which came with the Davinci. When I try to sync, I now often get the "Synchronizing Error" message from both the handheld and the PC. DC Link subsequently locks up, and the handheld powers down and will not turn on again until I press the reset button on the back. Does Royal have a tech support hotline, or should I go get my $30 back?
