After a long wait, got hold of someone in customer service to ask about the deceptive advertising on their web page and on the box itself for the davinci. Said that there are plans to release software for the DV3 in the next few month but personally I wouldn't count on it since nothing has happened in the last year since the switch over to the new CPU.I also got the name of the person handling/responsible for this whole mess.

Of course no one answered when I called and I even had the operator try his secretary. My gut feeling is that he is hiding under his desk not answering his phone knowing that there will be a
call from the higher ups telling him to pack up his office.
Does anyone know about marketing and is it illegal to advertise falsely about what a product can do?
