I tried updating the OS but failed. Follow the instructions given by Royal.com .. On the daVinci:

Put the daVinci into the cradle with the lid free to swing up so the reset button on the back of the unit can be depressed with the stylus.
Take the stylus and push the reset button (located on the rear of the unit) while holding down the down cursor button (The center bottom button located on the front left of the unit). <<When i press the reset button and the down cursor button, There's nothing on the screen. Is it normal? Help i have tried many times but still can't update my OS. Please help.
