Hello, so I just resurrected my 3A which I thought had died completely, but, after a soft restart, it seems to work allright, even though all my info has been lost. I received a serial cable from a friend to hook up the 3A to my Mac 8500 (running OS 9.1 w/ G3 400Mhz Daughter card) and some software. The problem is I can't seem to find any new upgrades to the software and the old stuff doesn't work with my OS. I went to the Psion website and what I was able to download keeps saying that the flash date had expired. A pdf file I printed up lists two titles, MacConnect and PsiMac. Does anybody have the latests versions or any version to trade or sell? Please let me know.

Hi Stimpy,

You also might google for the Java Psion Link. That works well.

That is definitely one for the Book of Threads. Responding to the same need in the same post, five years apart. Five years on the 'net is more or less six hundred thousand years in real life :)

With my admiration,
Jake
