Help!! 1st time owner. No idea what I did wrong!

I downloaded a free game Aala v 1.0 to my Axim. But not able to open the program. What did I do wrong?

Same thing with the free BDicty Dictionary reader!

did you download them directly to the Axim? You need to have the software on your PC. Once you click on the .exe, ActiveSync should take over and install the app on you Axim.
