Hi all,

I'm new to the boards and I have just got myself a z50 -I think it will be a suitable sattelite computer. I will be installing netbsd, but I need to find a 32M upgrade for a decent price.

What are the alternate ram part numbers from 3rd-party makers and are there any recommended suppliers. I'm in Canada so if we have a source up here I'd be interested. I called IBM and they quoted me $156USD

I've seen this stuff listed at like $22USD, but the trouble is finding stock....

Thanks

At last look, there were (2) available on EBAY for $16.00US.

I tried to answer you at Brighthand, but unfortunately, Brighthand doesn't accept logins using my Z50, so I couldn't post a replay.

Kinda silly that a Windows CE board isn't accessable using a CE device.

Thanks for the reply. I found a company that was more a pain in the a$$ than anything else, so I ended up getting a used working module on ebay. Not sure what their problem is with shipping to Canada, but apparently "it's a lot of work for them"...
