Hi,
Thanx ahead of time to anyone that can help me here,
I have a HP 620LX. My goal is to connect it to the internet via cable modem. I have a Xircom ethernet creditcard modem. I have the modem insterted in the HP, and an ethernet cable hooked directly to my cable modem. I can't get any connection whatsoever. Please help! All I'm after is surfing the web. No need to sychronize mail or anything....just to connect to the internet through my ethernet. Any suggestions I would GREATLY appreciate,

By the way, I'm running Windows XP on my desktop if that helps. I have Activesync 3.6 installed. Cable modem=AT&T broadband.

i seem to be having the same problems with my h/pc. have a sharp mobilon tripad with ce professional. i can connect to my office yet when i try web sites cannot get it. it seems that the encryption of the pocket explorer will not allow our h/pc into the sites. i have been trying to find a browser that is better suited to the intenet today. i was able to download the 128 bit encription of pocket internet explorer, but i doubt that that is the issue. i will keep you updated, but for know, you can not use any hotmail or msn.com. the sites will not accept. sorry, but we are both in the same boat.
