Palm desktop for Axim

I am a newbie to ppc getting my axim about a month ago. My coworker has a old palm 100 series. I installed pocket mirror on a puter at work that he had palm desktop and then hooked my ax to it. I was able to move contacts over etc. My big ? now is I really like the palm desktop software that he puts his contacts in so much better than outlook Is there a proggie out there that i can get to install on MY home puter that will look and work like the PALM desktop? Thx in advance

While I am not familiar with the interfaces of all the PIMs on the market, I know that third-party synchronizing software such as Intellisync will allow you to choose applications other than Outlook to sync with. Laplink also produces synchronizing software. You might want to download the trial version of Intellisync and then test the PIMs that it supports.
