Mapping Outlook Calendar to Agenda

When I synchronise my Revo+ with my MS Outlook Calendar, the text of the appointment appears as an embedded Word object in Agenda.

Instead of this, I would like to map MS Outlook's Location field to the Word file as when I'm away from my PC, where I'm supposed to be next is more useful than the full description of the meeting.

I think this may be possible with Intellisync, but is it possible with PsiWin?

I'm assuming that you mean that any notes you've added to an Outlook appointment appear in the Psion as an embedded Word object attached to the appointment. The actual subject or description of the appointment should be appearing in the Text field in Agenda.

The problem of not having locations sync has been discussed here many times previously. Neither PsiWin nor Intellisync have this capability. In addition, Intellisync, while allowing field mapping, performs even worse than PsiWin for syncing with Outlook.

The easiest workaround is to copy the location field in Outlook to either the notes field or enclose the location in brackets in the description field. There's no automatic way to work around this problem.
