Hi all,
I have a Cassiopeia E-115 and the Socket BT Card. I know the card works in this device since I can flawlessly connect to my Nokia 6310i (Mobile Internet RULES! :-)). My desktop computer (running WinXP Professional) has a USB Bluetooth dongle made by Extended Systems / Windigo Software, so it's kind of a "no name" device.
The funny thing is, I had it working, but only once, a few days ago. I'm running out of my nerves, since I'm trying desperately to get it working again.
The virtual COM ports are:
COM3 - Serial,
COM4 - Dial-Up,
COM5 - LAN Access,
COM6 - Fax.
Null modem cables (in Windows) are at COM3 and COM5, both set to 115k / 8/1/none / hardware flow control.
According to Windows Device Manager, all drivers are working.
I should add that I tap the bluetooth icon on the TODAY screen, then "Bluetooth ActiveSync". Under Start->Settings->Connections->PC it says "`Wireless ActiveSync".
Please, what am I missing???
Thanx in advance for any help,
greetz
