Hi,
I've installed over and over, and everytime I install active sync 3.6, I'm able to synchronize everything ok except for "Pocket Access" which remains "uninstalled". I think this is one of my problems for no internet access. I'm unable to click on settings when I click on the pocket access before sync.
Also, any info would help. I'm running Windows XP. When I try to install the Windows CE disk that came with my HP 620, it won't continue because I must disable my RAS "Remote Access Service". How do I do that through Windows XP? Maybe thats where the pocket access comes from...but it won't let meinstall unless I disable my RAS. THANKYOU very much to any one with any thoughts!!!
