Yes, you can surf the internet in your M130 (assuming you have your ISP account)
However, you must set certain network connections and you must decide on what type of wireless connection you will be using. I recommend Xinio Web browser for the Palm. It has JavaScript support. (I am not endorsing nor am I connected with the software company). But the browser doesn't display the site just as how u view it in desktop browsers. (True because the m130 only have 160x160 resolution in contrast with the iPAQ 38xx) However, the browser as much as possible, will try to implement the HTML standard over the m130 screen and you will end up just like resizing your IE web browser into 160x160 resolution (with web contents arranged in tables)
Two Options:
1. Mobile Connection via GSM Phone (serial connection for older GSM phones or the current Infra Red connection on 2G phones)
2. GPRS connection for a cheaper connection rate. (rate is per download not airtime rate)
I use GPRS connection for connecting with the WEB using my PALM.
