I just bought the M130 and I am wondering if an aluminum hard case exists for it. I know the M130 is supposed to be somewhat rugged, but I dropped, and broke, my Handspring Visor and I'm hoping to buy something that will protect the M130 a little better than the standard leather case.
I checked the Rhino Skins and Fellowes web sites and found nothing for the M1xx series.
Thanks.

Yeah, I think the manufactures are having a hard time making the shape of the m130 fit in a hard case. But if you want a shock apsorbing case check out the palm glove case. There are some on ebay.

I remembered this post as I stumbled across the following ebay item:

m1xx aluminum hard case (http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3006716639&category=15017)

It's not perfectly clear if fits m130 though,

Hope this helps!

It looks like they all come from Innopocket. @$30

I am not sure about the m130 fitting it though. you can try to email the gadgeteer

or this forum that they have.

Thanks everyone for responding. After searching the web, I did find an aluminum case, from Inno Pocket, that sort of fits the M130. I say "sort of" because you have to remove the rubber cover on the M130. The case was designed for the M100/105/125.
It's made of anodized aluminum and has a norprene lining to hold the Palm in place. There are also cutouts on top for the stylus and to beam.
The negatives to the case are no room for business cards or SD/game cards. I ordered it for $26 at www.moonlight-tech.com.
I've been using the Fellowes Bodyglove. It offers decent protection and room for two SD cards.

If you do a search through the posts, there was a post from a while back that is really good...

This give several options for hard cases, once is even from Great Britian made of a special plastic. All are around the same price.

M130, yes, the rubber cover I'm referring to is the flip cover.
You have to remove that to fit it into the case.

Overall, I'd say it's a pretty tight fit. My only concern is when opening the case (it opens like a clamshell). There's a small metal bracket (I know I'm describing this wrong) that holds the top part and bottom part of the case together. When you close the case, it appears that the bracket may rub against the top of the Palm (the very top of the on button). In other words, you do have to push down on the top to close the case; it's not a real smooth close. I can't prove that the bracket is rubbing against the top, but it appears that it might. Is the M130 slightly thicker than the 100/105/125?
