My treo 90 won't turn back on.

I just got a Treo 90. When I leave it my pocket for a while, It goes off and I can't turn it back on- even with the power switch! I have to do a soft reset. Everything else seems to function normally and if I leave it out I my desk, I don't have that problem either. Any Ideas?

One possibility is that a button is being pushed while in your pocket that is causing a problem. I typically lock mine if it is being put in a pocket or briefcase to prevent this. When you turn it off, instead of pushing the power button once, push and hold till a message comes on saying it is locked. It will turn off automatically based on your autoshut off settings. To turn on, push and hold power button until a window comes up that says something like click here to unlock. Hope it works for you.

I'm talking about after locking the keys. I even waited till the think auto-offed so the app keys locked too. The last time, I needed a hard reset!

I sent them an e-mail last week. Haven't heard from them. They sent me one form e-mail w/ instructions how to do a reset. Do they read the e-mail or is the whole support thing just a gimic where they waste your time regurgitating the manual no matter what you ask them? I got the feeling that Palm does the same thing.
