I am perplexed by this one. I have 2-330's that have successfully synced to a Mac G3 running OS 9.2.2 with Palm Desktop 2.6.3 for over a year. I recently purchased a new iMac G4 with OS 10.2.
After sending my files over to the new computer via ethernet and attaching a serial to USB cable to my cradle, I have been unsuccessful in getting either of the 330's to connect with the new machine. I tried syncing to the old machine as well and got the same results...nada! the ports work fine, the connections good, but neither handheld will sync.
Any help is badly needed at this point. the new guy at Handera support, Mark Schmidt hasn't been able to solve the problem, but has been helpful. (Whatever happened to Chuck}?
I have deleted the Connection db on CardPro and did a soft reset, but that didn't help either.
