I want to give my Palm Vx to my wife. How do I wipe it clean out the previous info?

Previously I synked with Lotus Notes. (address, calandar, email)

Now I want wife to use the Palm address book etc..

I have newly installed desktop on her PC and plugged in the cradle.

All you need to do is a Hard Reset. That is done by holding down the power button while at the same time, using a paper clip or something similar to push the rest button on the back. Release the reset button, continue holding the power button until you see the "palm" name or logo. Release the power button and it will ask you whether you want to erase all data. Push the button indicated to erase all date and you are back to the original state of your Palm.

Remember that this will erase any programs that you have installed and of course all data that you have put in your Palm.
