Easysync Pro for Lotus Notes

I am using synchronizing my Palm 505 with Lotus Notes at work with Easysync Pro 4 (I think it is version 4). I also synchronize at home with Hotsync.
Every once in a while, Eassync Pro gives me a message saying that it is the first time I am synchronising. This is not good since I either have to duplicate the entries or choose the Palm or Lotus notes to over ride.

What is the problem? something to do with the fact i use 2 PCs?
(I doubt it since I could sync with both some time ago=
Or does it have to do with a lap top?

I have Notes at work & Outlook XP at home. I don't have the same conduits on my work PC as I have at home. I also have work set to overwrite palm and home to have palm overwrite PC.

When they were both Palm overwrite PC, it sometimes acted like the first sync.

I had to give up on EasySync. Every few months I landed up with double entries. I use Intellisync now and never had a problem since (I sync at work with Lotus notes and at home with the palm desktop).
