OPA Files for Revo Plus

I've downloaded a game (junky) that the installation file is not SYS, but OPA, I've tryed to make an association with the EPOC installation files, but the program says that can't be done, cause the EPOC can't read Unicode.
Can anyone tell me how to procede ?
